چکیده

Carbendazim, a common pesticide, has shown signs of causing cancer, infertility and toxicity to organisms. Due its intense use, this fungicide become persistent compound in the environment, raising importance better understanding behaviour, metabolic pathways effects on Zebrafish is considered an excellent animal model, being able rapidly absorb compounds water, mimicking what occurs aquatic environment. Therefore, aim work was evaluate carbendazim metabolites zebrafish water tank using liquid chromatography coupled high-resolution mass spectrometer (LC-HRMS) highlight analytical targets order monitor exposure environments. For purpose, treatment, negative stability groups were defined. In addition, samples collected from tanks analyses carried out by LC-HRMS. The results allowed putative annotation 7 target metabolites. This study applied analysis for evaluation as promising approach, since it much cleaner matrix than usual biological matrices. These can ensure detectability further strengthen confidence monitoring To best our knowledge, there no one that evaluated produced zebrafish, neither animal’s body nor tank. first report generation zebrafish.

Relative Determination Approach to the Metabolites of Protoberberine Alkaloids in Rat Urine by Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry for the Comparative Studies on Rhizome coptidis and Zuojinwan Preparation

The lack of authentic standards has limited the quantitative analysis of herbal drugs in biological samples. The present work demonstrated a practicable strategy for the assay of herbs and their metabolites independent of authentic standards. A liquid chromatography–electrospray ionization–mass spectrometry (LC–ESI–MS) method for the qualitative and quantitative determination of the metabolites...

Determination of Mebudipine in Human Plasma by Liquid Chromatography–tandem Mass Spectrometry

In previous studies, mebudipine, a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker, showed a considerable potential to be used in cardiovascular diseases. The aim of the current study was to develop a valid method using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry to assay mebudipine in the human plasma. Separation was achieved on a Zorbax...

Evaluation of mycotoxins and their metabolites in human breast milk using liquid chromatography coupled to high resolution mass spectrometry.

Humans can be exposed to mycotoxins through the food chain. Mycotoxins are mainly found as contaminants in food and could be subsequently excreted via biological fluids such as urine or human breast milk in native or metabolised form. Since breast milk is usually supposed as the only food for new-borns, the occurrence of mycotoxins in thirty-five human milk samples was evaluated by a newly deve...
